Although technically not a slice, it’s a bit more special. Deliciously decadent creamy white chocolate and cream filling covered in more white chocolate. A variation from a recipe found on http:www.taste.com.au
- 1 large packet of white chocolate chips
- 80mls thick cream
- 1/4 c coconut
- More white chocolate
Melt the white chocolate and cream over a double boiler. Allow to cool slightly and add the coconut and vanilla. Leave the mixture to cool and then shape into balls. Place balls in the fridge to set. Melt additional white chocolate in a double boiler and dip the truffles completely and sprinkle with shredded coconut or sprinkles to decorate. Place on tray lined with baking paper and leave in fridge to set. You wil need to work quickly between dipping the truffles and adding the decoration as the chocolate sets quite quickly.
